US Immigration from Dominican Republic

Hi I was born in the United States my husband in the Dominican Republic we had an interview on June 17 2021, he was issued a 221G base on consular need more information on my husband case before making a decision. Consular kept his passport how long does this process take?

When your timeline says , "Based on timeline data, your I129f may be adjudicated between February 15, 2022 and February 19, 2022*." what does this actually mean? Does it mean that is that probably date that your petition will be approved by the NVC, or is that when you can schedule the interview? Just trying to get a solid estimate of the timeline I'm looking at.

Sent the I130 out on July 1, 2021 to the Texas Service Center, received July 6, 2021. NOA1 dated July 7, 2021 with Potomac Service Center address at bottom. No documentation that it was transferred?! Anyone else with a similar issue and any ideas? Thank you

My wife and her 2 kids has had a interview feb of 2021 while being 3 months pregnant. They ended up holding her passport at the embassy and said we will give them to you once that baby is born and after you complete the process of the CRBA. They also says she only has until august 17th to move down to the United States. My son was born May 18th and we was not fortunate to find an interview for the CRBA before the August 17th date. the Date that we were able to find was August 25th. Now I am afraid that I will have to start the K1 application over again for my fiance and her kids.

I have called 1-703-988-3410 to ask for an extension for my wife June17th and they say to wait for an email from the embassy for a response. Today is now July 1st and we still have not heard anything back from anyone.

Does anyone have any suggestions for me? Im already missing precious time with my son, I just don't want to miss anymore time.
