Hello everyone. I was wondering once your case gets sent to the NVC, if you have an attorney do they complete the DS-260 form for you online with the information you provide them? Or do you complete it and they go behind you and check and make sure everything is completed correctly? How does this part of the process work?

I helped a friend to prepare her AOS package. She adjusting from B2 visa

Her husband filed i-130 online and got uscis account number , so we use this number on the 1-485, i-864, i-765 i-131 forms.

As they are married we supposed one uscis online account will be good for the whole petition.

I learned i-130 online account is from the petitioner,

Does listed the petitioner uscis online account on the others forms be a problem?

Yesterday a friend of mine sent her AOS package and together her i-601 waiver seeking vaccination waiver.

No lawyer involved, just a lot of reading and time ensembling the package.

Now the waiting time to see what happen.

She is adjusting status from b2 visa

Her i-485 is current with i-130 (filed online)

Hello everyone. I am still waiting on petition approval and hoping it will come within the next month or two because I ve already been waiting 9.5 months at CAC. But just had a question about the NVC stage. I have a joint sponsor for my affidavit and they make more than enough so I m not worried about that. Just wanted to ask along with the joint sponsor, and my husband does not have a criminal record, should the case move pretty smoothly? What else will the NVC stage need?
