I-94 expiring while waiting for I-485 NOA

Good morning! I'm a US citizen through naturalization, and my mom came to visit at the beginning of the year. We decided that she is going to stay here due to COVID situation in her residence country. Her tourist visa allowed time on her passport passport (I-94) is going to expire by the end of June. We sent the I-485 Adjustment of Status application to USCIS Lockbox and was delivered on May 25th. I know that because of Covid NoA are taking longer than usual, and now I'm thinking that her i-94 might expire before receiving any notification that her process has started. Should I file for a visa extension? Should I just wait? If her visa expires does she have to go back to her residence country?

Any help will be appreciated...

Thanks!

On Feb 9 2021, i received a notice from USCIS USCIS is actively reviewing your case. After over 110 days of inactivity, I inquired and received a response your case has been assigned. Now, instead of my case being actively reviewed since Feb 9, it is now actively being reviewed since June 1 2021. Instead of 110+ days, it is now 4 days. What does this mean??

Should I do an Inquiry about my case?

Good morning, I applied for my mom August 2020. I have only gotten the acceptance notice. At the bottom of the notice it says Potomac had sent the notice. But when I check the online status this is what it says: (Look in the picture) I don't know what to do because Nebraska is already in November 2020 according to proccessing times but Potomac is only in January 2020. It has been so long without getting even the approval. I am scared that if I do the inquiry they would put my case at the bottom of the waiting list and I would have to wait even longer. Anybody else has been in this situation? Thanks in advance.

I-864 Question (mailing address for Part 2)

(I've done several searches and so far have not found a clear answer, so here I am raising my hand with my question...thank you in advance!)

I am filling in the I-864 form for my sponsorship of my wife and her children (my stepchildren). For the "mailing address" section of Part 2 (Information about the Principal Immigrant), I have a few questions after reviewing the I-864 as well as the published instructions. I may be overthinking this, but I felt like asking the community here would yield some great information as it has many times before.

- Is this intended to be a) my wife's current mailing address in Colombia, her country of residence, or b) her address when she moves in with me here in the US following issuance of her visa?

- If it supposed to be her current address, how might one signify characters other than those allowed by the form (i.e. # and -, in the case of Carrera X # X - X, etc.)? Should I simply fill it in by hand when I print it for signature (seems like the easiest option) or is there a better/more acceptable way?

- For the line regarding "In care of" name, should I list her name or leave it blank? She's the only adult resident at her current address in Colombia...if this is supposed to be her address once here in the US (my address), I'd assume that I'd list myself as the "In care of"...right?

Thanks in advance for your helpful insight!

Hello

I'd really appreciated your help in this subject, I sent my I-485 package to Chicago PO Box on May 6 2021 and they received it on May 15, but first I filled online the I-130 on May 1, I didn't send all together because I didn't have all the documents for my I-485 just until May 6.

They sent me the NOA 1 to the I-130 but I don't have any answer about my I-485, I called today to USCIS because they haven't cash the money and I'm a little concerned about this, maybe could be a problem that I didn't send all the documents together???

USCIS told me that they can't give me any information about it and I have to wait 60 days.

Please somebody answer about your experience or maybe something similar.

Thank you in advance.
