US Immigration from Colombia

My Brother has not renewed his green card, for the last 20 years, when I asked him about it, he sayed he lost it, when he stopped working. He lived in the US for 55 Years, and still lives here, he is 78 now. He needs to renew his foreign passport. On the passport application, it states he must have a valid US green card. What can he do, he has the onset of Alzheimer's.

We're a little confused as to what the correct step is in the process. My wife has had her permanent residency since February 2019. She's been in the USA since April 2019 and that's when we were married in court. We received a paper saying we can file i751 to remove conditions from her greencard 3 years from the date of her permanent residency issuance. But would we be allowed to just apply for citizenship instead because she's almost been a resident 3 years? Or do we have to get the conditions removed first. Then apply for citizenship? I don't want her green card to expire and cause any trouble. I apologize if this is the wrong forum. And help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

I'm just wondering if anyone has a sense as to how bad the backlog is in Bogota for processing K1 visa applications and conducting interviews. We received our NOA2 in late August and we're still at NVC - have no idea how long we should expect to sit at NVC before being sent on to Bogota.

I need to have several documents translated for an I129f application.

A friend who is a head counselor at a school is willing to translate for me.

I found examples that she needs to provide to state she is fluent in both languages.

But we are not sure how the translation, let's say of a birth certificate should look like.

Does it need to follow the formatting of the original or can it be written line by line?

ex. if original was formatted with the information horizontally, does the translation need to follow suit?
