US Immigration from Colombia

Just wondering if my husband US citizen can attend the CR1 visa appoiment with me London embassy.

My son in law filed for AOS one month ago. Doctor's appointment and biometrics appointment already in place for April, 2023. The case seems to be going fast and well.

My son in law was diagnosed with a tumor in his neck and needs to be removed surgically as soon as possible. He wants to go to Colombia to have surgery since price of surgery is more convenient. He doesn't have health insurance in the US.

I am helping him possibly filing I-131. The question is: Can this be done? Is this something possible (filing I131) with USCIS?

Hello everybody, I hope somebody can help me out with this question. my mother in law has an interview scheduled for april 17, going over the documents i realize that the I-864 was filled out and submitted with the wrong amount (smaller than it should have been) and cutting it close to the FPL.

correct amount should have been 51,040.00 and i wrote 37,169.30 I do not know why.

What should I do?

My wife entered the US in September 2021, filed for AOS, EAD & AP in 12/2021. She was approved for the EAD & AP in 12/2022, still no AOS. I was wondering if my wife and I can do something for her Aunt and Uncle, who raised my wife, and a cousin that is pretty much a sibling. Her uncle is retired, the aunt is working as a teacher, and the one cousin is unemployed. It would be good if the aunt and uncle could get their tourist visas to come visit, and we'd like to bring her cousin, to help her with her future. What can be done?

The NVC sent me a case number and a invoice number but in the email it states that they will let me know when it is sent to the consulate. However when I check for the case it says that I need to do a DS-160 before the consular section process the case. Not sure if I should wait or fill out the application.
