Sorry if this has been asked before, but if I submitted two I-130s for my two stepchildren do I need to fill out a separate I-864 for each one, or one is sufficient for both? I ask this because USCIS only asked me to pay the fee for one single I-864 for the both of them, but it is not very clear in the instructions if I need to file two separate ones or just include the second stepchild as a family member following to join within 6 months.

Thanks in advance if anyone knows the answer to this.

Logically two I-130 means two I-864. They're different petitions and can be evaluated independently.

Are you sponsoring just the children?

If you're sponsoring your spouse and two minor stepchildren (their biological children), it would be 1 x I-130 and 1 x I-864.

Please clarify? It's not clear what your situation is. How old are children, are they biological children of your spouse, are you inside or outside of the US etc.

On affidavit of support for each petition.  One AOS fee per family.

My spouse is already here and has her green card already. I am filing for her two minor children who will be coming together at the same time. They each have an approved I-130.

So then on each I-864 I would list each child as the principle immigrant, and then on the list of family members immigrating at the same time, I would list the other sibling so that my calculated household size will be correct? Am I understanding this form correctly?
