US Immigration from Colombia

My wife has not any covid vaccines. I am the petitioner. Her interview is coming up in July for IR 1 visa. I thought I read just recently that only 1 is required now for the visa. The second dose is for her to do whenever she has time.

I can't find the article again. Does anyone know if the 2 dose requirement change?

Yes, I know the answer to this ridiculous question but I've determined to find people to tell me how obvious the answer is anyway.

Filling out the petition for 130. Instructions say verbatim: "if your documents are in a foreign language, upload a full English translation and the translator's certification with each original document."

I speak Spanish fluently but I'm not an "official" translator. I would like to translate the document and provide a signed document that says something like "I'm not an official translator but I speak and write Spanish fluently and have translated this document from Spanish to English."

What do you think? It will work? or better to find an official translator?

Finally an interview with the US Embassy in Bogota after almost 2 years.

I have been reading some of the articles about the embassy. Some say the petitioner can be in the embassy and others say no...anyone know the latest?

We have been married almost 3 years and I have been a legal Colombian resident for more than 10 years. I hope the interview goes smoothly.

Also is the biometrics done at the embassy?

My fiance will have the interview this week, and I have a question. I am divorced and we need to present termination of marriage, which I scanned and my fiance printed a copy. However, checking the packet with instructions it states it must be a certified photocopy. Will this become a problem on the day of the interview.
