Can my wife bring her parents to the US with a CR1 visa?

Hello, my name is Riana (new to this website). My Colombian husband and I are filing for the CR1 Visa, and I have a question about Address History for the I-130 online submission.

I understand that I have to include where I've lived the last 5 years which would start in 2019. We travel almost every other month and always just rent Airbnb's. When we aren't traveling, we both fly to our parents house and live with them for a month or so. For my legal documents, I put my parent's address in the states, but for the purpose of I-130 do I list all the Airbnb's we've ever "lived" in or just the address in the U.S?

My wife's green card got delivered to the wrong address and has never been turned in to us, how do we get one sent to us and will the USCIS charge us again?

We live together now in California, my spouse is from Colombia.

We wrote USCIS and no reply as of yet.

My fianc e recently arrived here on a K1 visa and we haven't had the chance to get married yet, however she just received devastating news regarding her grandmother back home. Preparing for the worst case scenario, I was trying to figure out if there's any possibility for her to get an Emergency Travel Document (as explained here https://www.uscis.gov/greencard/greencardprocesses/traveldocuments/emergencytravel) to allow her to re-enter on the K1 visa prior to us getting married. The situation is fluid and we live in a state with a waiting period for marriage licenses so I'm preparing for the absolute worst case scenario in that she needs to leave before we can marry and apply for AOS. Does anybody know if this is possible? I'm hoping that she doesn't need to travel, but just wanted to get the information to understand what could happen.
