Hi, may 19 filer here, I got scheduled for a oath ceremony three days ago, since then under the Document section on myUSCIS account, I don t see the letter. And it used to have this one sentence saying something about below is the notice USCIS have sent you if you don t see the notice check back in a few days , but now this sentence is gone. I was just wondering is USCIS still uploading PDF letters? if they still do how fast would it show up? Greatly appreciated for anyone sharing your situation!

Hey everyone, I have a question that I can't seem to find the answer to, and I'd really appreciate any advice you can offer Backstory: I was ordered removed at a port of entry (Chicago O'Hare) and told that I cannot enter the USA for five years unless I get a waiver, then we got married in my country. Progress so far: I-130 was approved in January, our case is in NVC now My questions: 1. Do my husband and I need to apply for *both* an I-212 and an I-601? When and where should we submit them (it)? 2. Is an I-601A available to me, or do I have to wait until after I am denied in the visa interview to apply for a waiver? I'm really nervous about it because one of my friends was in the same situation, but her husband mailed the waiver and money to a department in the USA, but they ignored it, so she had to wait 5 years to enter. That made me very worried.

My wife's 90 day window for ROC opens up mid February (adjusted from B2 visa). My stepdaughter's 90 day window for ROC opens up November (she later came on a CR2 visa). However, I now see this on the USCIS website: The second row implies that I can file for my stepdaughter's ROC anytime. Does this mean I can send in both applications together? I know I can't use one application for both of them, but my understanding is that if my wife gets the 10-year card, my stepdaughter's conditional status will automatically be lifted as well. This is a bit confusing. Has anyone gone through this situation before?

My I-129f was approved and sent over to the NVC last month. This morning I woke up to an email from the NVC stating that they had received my case and given it a case number. However, the screwed up and assigned the case not only to the wrong consulate, but to the wrong country. They assigned the case to London, with a LND number, but my fiancee is a citizen of and lives in China. She was a student in London when we filed the petition but we put on the I-129f form that she will be doing her interview in Guangzhou, China. Is there a way to fix this error? Should I simply call them? Does anybody know what the turnaround time on that will be? I appreciate any advice.

| How many bank/brokerage/credit card statements do I need to include? |

We have extensive proof of financial commingling, but I'm wondering how many statements we need to include for each account. We have multiple brokerage accounts, a joint bank account, and three credit cards. For just one brokerage account, a year's worth of monthly statements would be 200+ pages. Would it be okay to provide the first 3 pages of a statement, and one statement per quarter for each of the accounts since my wife was added? It would be 5 bank/brokerage accounts, thus roughly 90 pages of records just for that one area of proof. I would also include one full credit card statement per quarter from the cards that we share (she's an authorized user on two of mine, I'm an authorized user on one of hers but we don't really use it much, just opened it to build her credit score). So far I have listed out 34 types of evidence (not including photographs with my family at big events since moving to America), some of which represent many pages, as in the case with financial records. We also have two cars in our names, rental agreements, insurance (car, renters', and health insurance), retirement plans with each other listed as beneficiaries, etc. I'm wondering if this is way overkill? I'd like to "front load" the petition so we don't have to deal with RFEs or denial.
