US Immigration from China

Hello everyone! Thank you all for ur time to reading this. We really need help and we really appreciate every comment u guys post. If there are people who had the similar situation please let me know.

Here's our basic situation:

My us citizen fiance is in jail currently, he'll be out after 8 months. We want to get me a visa, so i can get there immediately once he's out and then get married.

I'm Chinese, we met in China. We've been together for 1 year till last month. We were physically together for 7 months before he went back to America 3 months ago. I have proof of our relationship such as our pictures, chat history screenshot, and i recorded some of he's calls from jail, and all of our family members knows too.

Our questions are:

- How can he do his part while he's in jail?

such as fill forms, signatures, get his photos for the application, bank bill proof, etc.

- What can we do about he has no income?

Before his jail time, he was a student, and now he can't have a job since he's in jail. Does that effect the result of application? if it does what can we avoid it as much as we can?

- Does the embassy will denial the visa since my fiance is in jail for now? Is there any other effects of he's in jail?

- Anything I can avoid? and anything i can do to make it more possible to work?

I was wondering if anyone had heard of any news on China-U.S. flights? When will the United States allow Chinese citizens on B1/2 tourist visas to enter the country again? I tried calling the State Department but the automated message was so long... I kinda just hung up. lol

I'm currently filling out the I-864 for my wife who came over on a K-1. I need some help with part 6.
1) For my income in Q7, I put the total income I get from the military, including my BAH. However, my BAH is not taxed.

2) My income for Q24, my income for the taxes shows an amount lower than I put in Q7 because of my BAH

3) I have filed taxes for 2019 & 2020 because I was in school for 2018.

4) My income for 2019 was below poverty lines because I only came on Active Duty in November.

My questions are:

1) For the income in Q7, should I only include taxed income?
2) I have a verification of no-filling from the IRS for 2018, will that suffice?
3) How many years of income are required above the poverty line to meet requirements for the I-864? (They say you only need 1 year but then ask for 3 tax return amounts)

I've tried reading the instructions on this but they don't seem to clarify exactly. I would appreciate any help! Thank you.

So I check my case and it shows ready in ceac, it s been two weeks since nvc sent me the email. I read some people said my fianc e need to wait for the embassy package while some forum post shows they can schedule a interview already on ceac portal and upload necessarily documents if I had the invoice id and nvc case number. Then some post says invoice id are not important for K1. Which I don t have the invoice id number, just the nvc case. Can someone clarify this for me?
