US Immigration from China

I am at the I-864 process and am creating the portfolio of Original Documents to send to my wife. The CEAC says to send Original Documents while people on this site are saying Civil Documents. Same thing?

Secondly I read where one needs to send an original birth certificate of the joint sponsor. A copy of her American Passport isn't good enough? I don't see where the NVC is asking for joint sponsor's birth certificate.

My wife has a valid tourist visa as well as an open green card application. We live outside the US but want to go back soon for a visit. Would she be allowed to enter on her tourist visa despite having an open green card case? We'd have return flights booked and all that. Thanks!

My wife and I live outside the US. How should I-130 #12, "Where will you live?", be answered if we don't have a US home yet? We have a home overseas but I can't change homes and move until my wife gets her green card. I have an idea what city I might want to live in but no fixed address. Alternatively I have relatives' addresses, where we don't intend to live. in the US. When I filed I put unknown, but I'm not sure that's the best approach.

I have questions about how to fill out my VJ Timeline. I filed an I-130 online. Where it asks for USCIS & Consulate Filing Locations should I just leave that blank?

Hi guys/gals. I've searched the forum and found similar topics but still a little confused.

My wife is petitioning for both her parents. She is a stay at home mom so doesn't earn any income for the last 4 years so she has no W2's. We always file taxes married jointly.

1. I assume she files i-864 as the petitioner/sponsor and I have to file i-864a as a joint sponsor?

2. when counting household size, there's my wife, myself, 2 kids. That's 4. Do we add 1 to every application for her mom and/or dad? add 2 to every application?

Any answer would be really appreciated.

i am EB2 and interviewed on Nov 17, 2021 in Montreal, after interview flagged with DS 5535. and I submit my answers a few days later to the consulate. after pass 60 days, I request my local senator to inquiry my case status, The CO replied them by email and mention to ask me to send my pass passport to the consulate for further process, but I did not receive any email to send the passport , does anyone meet this ?

in addition, NowI work and live in USA , how to send and pick up my passport in USA ? can anyone share his experience ?
