US Immigration from China

My wife was recently Documentarily Qualified from the NVC for an IR-1 visa. I don't know how reliable any of the previous info on interview wait times is, given Covid, China's zero Covid policy, shutdowns, etc.

Does anyone know how what the wait times are for Guangzhou? 2 months? 3 months? More? My estimates are mostly just guesses. And also, when will we be notified of that date? Is there anywhere to find that out or other resources online for this? I've emailed the GZ consulate, waiting to hear back form them.

I applied I-751 on Jun 2022 and it s still pending.

what date can I apply for N-400 citizenship?

My same-sex partner's (not married) b1/b2 visa got denied . She planed to travel with me to LA, I am a permanent resident of Canada and have a valid USA visa on my passport.

She is preparing her second visa interview. I wonder if it would be better without mentioning me? The officer asked if she traveled with your lover in the first interview, she was nervous because it's her first time went to interview. I am not sure if the denial is related to her interview performance or due to my USA visa. I wonder if the officer will think she has chance to travel with me to Canada instead of returning to China? However, in any cases, there is no intention to overstay in the USA.

Any advices will be highly appreciated!

Hello, just had a few questions regarding the I-130 form. I am submitting it online, and was wondering for the documents that ask for a document with the spouse's name/address in his/her "written language" - does this just mean in their foreign language, or does it mean that the name and address must be written out and then scanned in. Basically - are typed forms okay?

Similarly, for letters of Affidavit, do those have to be written out as well? Or is a typed form okay.

On the immigration part, it asks for a I-94 arrival departure record number - this is asking for a current I-94 number correct? My spouse had one in the past, but it expired like 2 years ago. Do I need to put that information on the form?

Lastly, the secondary evidence stuff is optional correct? There is one area for a letter of admissions from a school. If I (the benefactor) am in school, should I provide a letter for my admission? Or is that mostly evidence for children or something.
