US Immigration from China

Hello forum members,

Please kindly provide some advice to sponsor my stepdad to the USA. I just became a US citizen in November. My stepdad and mom got married before I turned 18 in August 1990 in Cambodia. I was born in January 1980. However, they registered their marriage until December 1998. The record on the marriage certificate says Marriage Certificate Dated 01/December/1998. My birth certificate with my mom's and stepdad's name was also dated on December 1998. Since it was a long time ago, we are not able to get any verification from the local authorities to confirm the marriage was in 1990. I also have two half siblings who were born in 1992 and 1994. I am not sure if the birth of my half siblings can be solid evidence for their marriage. In addition, they also have their wedding photos with me and other relatives. I'd lived together with my stepdad, mom and siblings in Cambodia almost my whole life before I moved to the states eight years ago. He is a very kind and gentle person who loves and treats me as his own daughter. I'd love to sponsor him and my mom together at the same time. I highly appreciate all of kind feedback and advice.

I did my first petition before, and got approved at NOA2 stage, but our relationship didn't work out, and I withdraw my petition when it transited to the Consulate stage. Few years later, I met my true love, I did my second petition for her, and I got the NOA2 recently. I know for the second one ,the officials will look it more deeply, and I want to prepare it better. Will the CO ask my fiancee some questions related to my previous i 129f? if yes, usually what questions will the CO asked for? Anyone had experience on this situation? Thank you very much.

My wife was recently Documentarily Qualified from the NVC for an IR-1 visa. I don't know how reliable any of the previous info on interview wait times is, given Covid, China's zero Covid policy, shutdowns, etc.

Does anyone know how what the wait times are for Guangzhou? 2 months? 3 months? More? My estimates are mostly just guesses. And also, when will we be notified of that date? Is there anywhere to find that out or other resources online for this? I've emailed the GZ consulate, waiting to hear back form them.

what date can I apply for N-400 citizenship?

My same-sex partner's (not married) b1/b2 visa got denied . She planed to travel with me to LA, I am a permanent resident of Canada and have a valid USA visa on my passport.

She is preparing her second visa interview. I wonder if it would be better without mentioning me? The officer asked if she traveled with your lover in the first interview, she was nervous because it's her first time went to interview. I am not sure if the denial is related to her interview performance or due to my USA visa. I wonder if the officer will think she has chance to travel with me to Canada instead of returning to China? However, in any cases, there is no intention to overstay in the USA.

Any advices will be highly appreciated!
