New Job after DQ

My husband (petitioner) just started a new job this week. His salary will remain the same, just a much better company, better benefits. My concern is when we DQ'd it was with this other company doing something different. DO i need him to get a letter from his new company along with recent pay-stubs, or should I just bring his W2s and tax transcripts from 2018-2020?

I am also hoping to be in the next batch for interviews in May, so he may only have a couple pay-stubs

Quit job -Employment Based Green Card

Someone I know who moved to the USA 31 years ago from Canada to work in Texas, lost his job in November (offered the opportunity to quit or he would be fired) He then went back to Canada, even though he still currently rents a home in Texas. He has not been back to Texas since, but plans to go back at some point, even if it is only to get a moving company to move his belongings back up to Canada. Does anyone know if he will have any trouble at the border getting back into the USA? He does have an employment based green card. No job now though.

Notice Was Returned To USCIS - But I can't find out what notice.

My I-485 status was updated today to show:

April 6, 2021 Notice Was Returned To USCIS Because The Post Office Could Not Deliver It
September 3, 2020 We accepted the fingerprint fee for your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status. Our National Benefits Center location is working on your case.
August 17, 2020 We received your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status.
It's been 232 days since Last Status change. I spoke with I guess a Tier 1 officer and also chatted with one, and both told me it WAS NOT a biometrics appointment, and WAS NOT a Request for Evidence. Unfortunately they could not tell me what it was. I did request to speak with a Tier 2 officer but they but me on a call back list and said it would be 14 days.
Has this happened to anyone else? Anyone have any idea what they could be sending me? I did file I-130/I-485/I-765/I-131 together back in Aug 2020.
I didn't receive any mail or notification from USPS that they were trying to deliver anything. There's was someone at the house all day yesterday.
Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

So I filed for AOS sometime May 2019 and my Green Card Interview is April 22nd, 2021. This means my medical exam is expired and I need to go for the i-693 exam correct?

I've been looking at i-693 prices in my area and they're kind of crazy. Does anyone have any experience in the Washington area with getting your i-693 medical done?

The cheapest option is Redmond and it's only limited to Physical examination and form completions. Is that all I need? Or do I need blood work and vaccination done as well?

Original documents & ITIN - from Canada :)

Hi Everyone!

I have read through this forum and didn't find a question similar to mine so I thought I'd post my own. I am filing for an ITIN for myself. My husband (American citizen) and myself (Canadian citizen) live in Canada and have for the last 6 years. We are in the IR1 application process and need to get caught up on his American taxes. In the forms, it asks for identification documents that I'm submitting (passport, drivers license etc). Further into the instructions, it indicates that the original documents will be mailed back to me. Is that for residents within the USA? I am slightly nervous about mailing my one and only passport in the mail, for months on end (or however long it takes to get my ITIN processed).

Any guidance would be greatly appreciated :)

Have a great day!!
