US Immigration from Canada

To be clear I am asking this for a friend, as you can see by my timeline i've already applied but the friend has the same location (Canada-USA)

I've been told the proposed I-129f filing fees are going through May 30th

So if someone were to send their petition May 26th for example with the $535 original fee, and it arrives at the lockbox on May 31st or slightly later, will that petition be rejected for having the original fee listed on the website at the time of sending it? Or is there some leeway for those who are applying this week?

How do I update information on the I129f forms after they been mailed in? there will be a change of address and work

We are in the process of getting our package 3 done at the moment and will soon send it to the US consulate Montreal. However our NO2 will expire next month on the 20th may and I'm worried I wont have enough time to schedule the medical and interview before then. Is it something I need to worry about? I heard we can request an extension, if so how do I go on about it?

Hi. I am wondering if it is ok to tick mark the P3 checklist and email it back to the consulate, even if I don t physically have my fianc s i134 signed form yet? I have all of the documents ready, I am just waiting on physically having the i134 form with me right now I will have it in 2 weeks from now. I just wanted to clarify if there is any issue with that or not? Thanks!

I just started the process of getting my long-form birth certificate and a police background check certificate. But is it fine to send my packet 3 checklist (along with DS-160 receipt and passport scan) while I wait for those two documents? I'm not sure if I'm required to actually have the documents before sending the checklist and eventually scheduling an interview. I figure since it'll probably be at least a month before the interview, that's plenty of time.

Worst case scenario, if I don't have the documents in time, I assume I can reschedule the interview, right?
