Hello. I am about to initiate my divorce proceedings, and have been trying to gather evidence to submit my I-751 with a divorce waiver. I was wondering if the evidence - Two joint leases with both our names on it, from both 2020 and 2021. I also had one more from 2019, that i included with the original I-485 application, but I forgot to make copies and now I don't have a way of finding it. - Two Tax Return Transcripts from the IRS, filled jointly as a married couple, for the years of 2020 and 2021. - Verizon Phone bills under my name, with both my wife and her mother as both my dependents on the line. We are still on the same plan even though we are going through a divorce. The bills go from April 08, 2021, when we first signed it, until the most recent one. Over 13 months of phone bills included. - Pictures of two credit cards we had together, with her as my dependent. - Pictures from my job's life insurance, listing wife as my Spouse and dependent. - Copies of Drivers Licenses for both wife and I, with the same address listed. - A page of the USPS Informed Delivery, with pictures of mail for both of us, being delivered at the same address. - Pictures of several accounts that we shared, having different profiles on the same account. Such as Hulu, Netflix, Amazon Prime. - Pictures of my Emergency Contacts of some of the jobs i had, listing my Wife as my emergency contact. - Several pictures that spam from the very start of our relationship, to the very last picture we took of us together, during the concert we went to in February of 2022. We never had a joint bank account. We had a joint credit account under my bank, but it was a credit card we used to build credit, and there were barely any purchases made on her card. We had cards for my Vision Insurance plan from when i used to work as a contractor for Amazon. She was listed as my dependent, but i wasn't able to locate those. I also had her listed as my dependent on my Walmart Life Insurance policy back from when i used to work at Walmart. I do not work there anymore and could not get access to those documents. I have included around 70 pictures of us, that dates from the very start of the relationship, to our wedding day, until the very last pictures we took together. Her family is also with us in several of those pictures. This is pretty much all i was able to gather, and i don't think i am able to provide any more evidence than this. Was hoping to be able to get some facebook posts from my ex, but she untagged herself from every picture on her family's profile, and deleted her facebook account. I was wondering if this is enough evidence, and or if there are any tips from any of you who went through this, if there is anything else i can add. The marriage lasted a bit over two years by the way. We actually completed 3 years two months ago, but were already separated then. Anyways, i appreciate the help. thank you!

My fiance (Brazil) and I filed a K-1 on June of 2021. We are waiting for NOA2 as of now but it's all taking too long and we are growing impatient of waiting. My fiance is in the USA with a Tourist Visa. Is there any way we can get legally married now and not commit visa fraud? Perhaps by abandoning the K1 and adjusting her status? I know, I know... it's not safe and guarranteed, but what are our options? If the smart thing to do rn is to just wait for the full K1 process, is there anything we can be doing to hurry along the K-1 process while she is up here in the states? I'd like to know your opinion before I decide to spend money on a lawyer. Thanks.

Hello! Hope someone here can help because no one ever replied to my post on Canada Visa forum lol I entered Canada as an international student, and now I have a PGWP valid until 2024 and a valid ETA. I travelled to my home country to visit family, stayed longer due to Covid, vaccinations and a long time not seeing family, and I want to know if I will have any problems re-entering Canada after about 6 months away. I couldn't find anything online about how long can I be out of Canada as a temporary resident, and I tried searching through this forum but couldn't find a similar situation here. Thank you for your help!

| Canadian Police Certificate - From Outside Canada or from Inside? |

Hello! To give more context to the topic title, me and my fianc filed for the K1 visa this year and I am from Brazil currently residing in Brazil. However, until last year I was residing in Canada, so that means that I will need to get a police certificate/criminal check from RCMP for the NVC/Consular part of the process seeing I resided in Canada for almost 3 years. I still have ties to Canada and I still work for a Canadian company. I am planning to visit Canada this summer because of work and I was wondering if it's possible to request the police certificate from inside Canada while I'm there. I'm planning on spending about a month. I know I can also request it from outside of Canada, but that would require me to take my fingerprints here and it will be costly in terms of travelling (need to go to the federal police in another city on a work day), then mailing everything back and forward, and also of course paying the service fees to an accredited agency. You can argue that travelling to Canada would be even more costly, but since I am already planning this trip due to work and friends, I feel it's easier to get it from there. My main questions are: - I can request this police certificate while on a trip, knowing I am not residing there and might get the certificate before I leave Canda? (I still have a valid temporary resident permit if it makes a difference). - I hear that the certificate valid for 2 years. Is this correct? With the way things are going now, it's possible that the process would take longer than 2 years and I would need to request another certificate this time from Brazil? - Anyone that had to request this from outside Canada, specially from Latin America, how long did it take to get it? Any advice is welcome, even if you think my concerns here are a no-brainer.

Hello!! I have a question and I hope someone can help me.. I'm from Brazil and I'm engaged to an American, we plan to get married but we're not going to apply for a visa now. My question is if I can get the tourist visa, but together with my family, and if there is no danger that they will deny my visa and the visa of my family members because in that case I would be married. A while ago I tried to get the visa by myself, but they denied it claiming that I didn't have enough reasons to prove that I wouldn't stay there illegally, but that I could try again the next day, but with different claims, that's why now I would try together with my family. Thanks
