Deportation, Aggravated Felony, I-601? |

I know someone that was deported around 10 years ago due to having a 3rd aggravated felony. The first 2 were due to drug possession, and the 3rd one was due to drug sale. When I was reading the law, it seems to says that someone deported due to aggravated felony must stay out of the US at least 20 years. Does this mean that there is no point trying to file an I-601 before 20 years have passed? And even then, as I understand, there is very little chance of success. Is it correct to assume that the only way to successfully appeal through an I-601 is through evidence of an extreme hardship?

Hello! Sorry if there's a better subforum for this, but was curious if anyone knew what vaccines were required for medical. I already know, of course, of the COVID-19 shot, but I was wondering if there was a list somewhere of the others needed. Interviewing embassy is Warsaw, if that changes anything. Thank you kindly!

What happens after sending in the w-7 with tax return but I get a green card and SSN card before ITIN application is processed? Will I need to amend my tax return with the SSN? I assume the w-7 application won't get approved since you can only have a SSN or ITIN.

Hello everyone! I know my flag is Belarus but I have a question pertaining to Polish filers here. In the Russian subforum, we're interested if there's a 'priority' system in place for scheduling interviews in Warsaw. Russian applicants have been holed up at NVC for a while, and those who do get past it and get to Warsaw are having all sorts of oddities once there. There's talk of there being 650 Russian petitions in the works, and nobody knows where they'll be placed. Plus, the Russians apparently can't find any interview slots - period. Poles that have recently left NVC or scheduled interviews: how long were you at NVC and what was the approximate time to find an interview slot? It's my understanding that Belarusians are going to be treated like Poles for interviewing purposes (as we've always interviewed together); that is, if there is a priority system, we're on the same 'level'. Can anyone here help me out? Thank you kind in advance!
