Hi All...

How many of us are waiting for NVC to recive case from CSC.

I had my NOA2 from 13th April and still waiting for NVC to recieve my case

Please post in here, if you are still waiting..

Well, I was just informed that my petition has been approved NOA 2: April 17

i guess i need to wait a little bit more or call NVC to find out whats going on... :unsure:

*January 30 2006 - packet returned.....arggggggggg we forgot one signature!!

*January 31 2006 - sent I129-F back to the CSC, hope we did not forget anything else

*February 1 2006 - I129-F received at CSC again

*February 3 2006 - NOA1

*April 20 2006 - NOA2!!!!!

*April 24 2006 - Touched!

*May 15 2006 - NVC received petition today!

*May 17 2006 - Case left NVC today!!

*May 30 2006 - Received Packet 3 from Vancouver!

hi! i don't know if i am much of a help since i went though Nebraska but my case wasn't received by the NVC until almost three weeks after my NOA2. It drove me CRAZY!!!! its like how long does it take to get to one end of the country to the other!!! just be patient it should get there soon!! GOOD LUCK!!

hi all, My case has made to NVC.

I just called and they verified my name and my fiance name and also

gave me the new case number..

I am so happy..

It took 11 days for my case to make it to NVC.

Hopefully u guys will also hear something soon

Our K-1 Petition was approved 4/24 and I got the physical (paper) approval today which says our original petition was sent to NVC. It says that INS is DONE with their part and that any further Qs should be directed to NVC so does that mean I won't get anymore email updates or be able to check the status online anymore now? I have to actually call the number on my approval to ask if NVC has it or not?

Hi,

My NOA2 for the I-129F petition was received on April 17th and approved on April 13th. I called the NVC and they have already forwarded my case to the embassy in Vancouver,BC. That was sooooooo quick!!

4/17/06: NOA 2 - Notified by email; petition approved on April 13th

5/19/06: Still waiting on NVC to receive approved 129-F....(what's the hold up)

6/10/06: Involved congress person

6/19/06: Rec'd letter stating that inquiry was made to both NVC and USCIS regarding status of my petition

6/21/06: Travelled to go see my better half (boy was I excited)

7/3/06: Left my love once again (hopefully we shall see eachother soonest)

7/10/06: Followed up with congress person

7/10/06: Notified case was sent to the wrong place (go figure...how does it take 90 days to push paper from one location to the next) and has now been forwarded to NVC

7/18/06: NVC received case and has now issued a case number

7/20/06: NVC forwarded case to embassy

7/28/06: Lagos embassy confirms receipt of case into system

8/1/06: Pick up packet 3 and 4

8/25/06: Interview Date
