January 30 received i360

February 7th recite I797

Sigh up for case update

February 18th received Prima Facie

April 4 2014 RFE mailed out

April 7 rfe received

April 9 answer on RFE mailed out

April 11 received response RFE

April 18th online status change to RFE review

June 16th approved! !!!!

I485

June 23rd send in USCIS express mail

June 24th delivered by mail

July 1st check cashed

July 2nd NOA received

July 14th biometrics received for 08/01/14

July 15th biometrics done. Walk in.

July 23rd i485 transferred to the local office

August 11th work authorization approved

....now waiting

We have very similar timelines, except I filed my I-485 and I-765 concurrently with my I-360. Just waiting on my interview now, hoping I have it before the end of the year.

February 10, 2014 - NOA1 for I-360, I485 and I-765

March 14, 2014 - Biometrics

April 4, 2014 - Approval of I-360!

May 14, 2014 - Approval of EAD

June 23, 2014 - I-485 transferred to NBC

August 7, 2014 - Put in service request

September 23, 2014 - Interview - approved!

October 4, 2014 - Green card received

Total time:7 months 25 days

Hannah..what do you mean biometrics walk in? It should be 08/01 but u just walkwd in??!

Vermont receivwd my i485 on June 19th and sent me AOS on July 19th and nevee heared from them since then..it is taking longer than anybody else lol

yes I just walked in 14 days befor the date. They don't tell you anything.

I live in Arkansas. My local office is Fort Smith. I have been checking their processing times and this week they updated it to February 14. My notice date is February 10 so I was able to file a service request with USCIS this week. I'm hoping that might speed up my file being moved to the local office and them setting an interview. I already had biometrics months ago and last week I did an updated medical in case they ask for that. I'm ready to go as soon as they are!

Well those of us vawa member who are or were married to an LPR the visa bulletin is out an as Charles Oppenheim predicted there was a considerable jump to 01 Jan 2013.

I'm so happy right now hope to word on my approval an then hopefully green card in hand soon. Lank hope your reading this we are current my friend :~)

Congrats Flexx, can you share your approval timeline?

this is my timeline

April 7 -2014 Sent the package to Vermont

Mai 3 -2014 they receive evidence that they request it

July 28-2014 Approved

August 7 they sent the approval letter

august 11 receive the letter

my lawyer said he gonna rescheduled the Immigration interview because my Abusive wife didn't go with me to the interview .SO if somebody can help me with his experience and what i should expect coming next

I need help my husband is a us citizen but I dont have no documents to prove it he filed by i 130 and i485 for me I only have the receipt for those but I dont have anything else
