I am filing I-130 for my husband in Vietnam (IR-1 / CR-1) and want to make my case as strong as possible.

I understand that DNA testing is usually requested only if USCIS issues an RFE and is primarily for parent-child cases. However, I am considering voluntary DNA testing through an AABB lab.

I have a few questions:

1. Has anyone done voluntary DNA testing for a spouse-only I-130?

2. Does doing it voluntarily ahead of an RFE help at all, or is it ignored if not requested?

3. Any potential downsides or risks to starting DNA preemptively?

Is there a way I can changing my mother's status from household member to joint sponsor in the CEAC website?

We realized the i864 and not the i864A is best for our situation.

Or, would it be better to just bring the i864 joint sponsor documents to the interview and not worry about changing the status in the website?

Hi all, I m still waiting on my i751 to be approved but have my 48 month extension letter. I was wondering if I travel outside of the country back to my home country aka Canada with my passport that has less than 6 months validity am I still allowed to enter back using the extension letter, expired green card, and the passport that has 3 months left on it?

Getting ready to file N-400 this month (with a pending 751). Asking mostly for curiosity since in our case the difference this makes is ~2 weeks.

Our family recently moved between states. PR anniversary is April 20, so technically eligible to file on Jan 20, however because of the move I won't meet the local residency requirement until Feb 3rd (assuming it applies). Except it looks like (per https://www.uscis.gov/policy-manual/volume-12-part-d-chapter-6#:~:text=D. 90-Day Early Filing Provision (INA 334), for people precisely in my position (i.e. Early Filers filing under INA 334), the 3-month residency requirement need only be met by the date of N-400 interview.

Has something like this been discussed here? If so, what's the consensus opinion? I guess it doesn't make much of a difference for me personally but I can see this may be relevant for those who move relatively close to their 90-day early filing date and then having to wait a while (vs those who are already past their 5/3-year mark being able to file and then moving).
