My fiance and her minor son are from the Philippines. We are currently in the scheduling the biometrics, medical and embassy appointments phase. We hired a consultant to do this for us. The consultant scheduled the embassy and biometric appointments but not the medical. The consultant is now saying she must reschedule all appointments as she (forgot) did not schedule K2 on the same day.

However, I was under the belief that minor child K2 appointments were auto-scheduled to be with the K1 together. I am going along with this because I am not one to think I know everything, hence why I hired a consultant. Am I correct or is the consultant correct?

Even if she is correct, the fact she booked these appointments (we recieved confirmation emails) without taking the K2 into consideration has made both my fiance and I extremely frustrated. I have booked hotels and condos based around the appointment confirmation emails, just so anybody can understand my need for answers.

Thank you for any input.
