 Hi everyone we are still here, no approval, no touches. "We" are litterly addicted to checking the USCIS site daily, which is not good i know. "A watched pot never boils".

By the way, can someone instruct me how to put my time line on the bottom of my emails and posting and responses?

I know what you mean... ive had ups and downs checking USCIS website or not as well.

About the time line: look on the right top corner of the page and go to "My Controls" and then to the left you click on "Edit Signature"

"A watched pot never boils."

I completely agree... I'm trying not to look at USCIS anymore because it always says the same thing. I just want to know... i just want to know... i just want to know...

Do you think that stress can kill brain cells? I've been loopy lately.

But at least it looks as if VSC is moving. That's good!

Watching the pot anyway,

hz

Yes I can't stop myself from checking multiple times a day either....I just keep imagining I will see somthing change and hope that it happens. VSC does seem to be moving though ur right...keep it up VSC!!

Counting the days to be with my love...

It's been 110 days and nothing - not even a touch. Congrats on those who got touched! I find hope in the fact that they started approving August filers - I saw at least 2 approvals so far so I'm going to be patient and wait. I'm hoping to be approved by the end of this month or in Jan sometime. After then, I will start freakin out. And I agree with you guys completely - this process is like watching water boil!! Too bad we can't bribe them into working faster. Kinda like you give a dog treats for doing tricks - we should be able to give VSC doggie treats (a bone) hehe - for each approval they put out - LOL!

Thanks for the statistics Munesh and Suzie!!!! It's very nice.

And don't feel so discouraged I know this might sound as a cliche... but i know that they have received tons of applications before ours (August ones) so I bet they have a whole lot of work from these before fee increase filers.

We might hear something in another month.

Stay positive and thanks again! ^_^

We got the NOA1 in late August but have never been "touched". Does that mean that we are still months and months and months away?

I don't think we're months and months away - I think when we hit the six month mark (which will be Feb) then we need to start calling them. They already had a total of 33 approvals the month of December so at least we know they are working and they are making their way into August.....

We got our NOA2 yesterday :crying: I filed the last day before the rate hike to TSC and it was rerouted to VSC and took over a month to get the NOA1. Then on the 4th and 5th of Dec we got touches and then nothing. I received the NOA2 yesterday dated for the 4th and the letter from the NVC today dated for the 10th. Still no update on the USCIS website so hang in there!

Don't make such drastic changes just yet - give them time. They are still currently working on some June/July filers and making their way slowly to us August filers....patience is virtue and we have to have faith that the process works. It's working for so many others.....our turn just hasn't come yet........that's all..........

yeah, hadyu; I'd caution against too much hastiness too (unless moving to Canada is what you WANT to do) - it could easily be later than the end of December, even if they keep working at the current pace

as for touches - they ARE over-rated, and while they're fun to get, they don't mean much... the only touch on my case was about eight hours before the approval, and it was sheer luck I saw it at all, as I logged in RIGHT before going to bed, and by the time I got up in the morning, we had the NOA2 :)

The Very Secret Diary of Legolas Son of Weenus - by Cassandra Claire

Day One: Went to Council of Elrond. Was prettiest person there. Agreed to follow some tiny little man to Mordor to throw ring into volcano. Very important mission - gold ring so tacky.

Day Six: Far too dark in Mines of Moria to brush hair properly. Am very afraid I am developing a tangle.

Orcs so silly.

Still the prettiest.

Day 35: Boromir dead. Very messy death, most unnecessary. Did get kissed by Aragorn as he expired. Does a guy have to get shot full of arrows around here to get any action? Boromir definitely not prettier than me. Cannot understand it. Am feeling a pout coming on.

Frodo off to Mordor with Sam. Tiny little men caring about each other, rather cute really.

Am quite sure Gimli fancies me. So unfair. He is waist height, so can see advantages there, but chunky braids and big helmet most off-putting. Foresee dark times ahead, very dark times.

Of course, you'll all be the first to know if there is ever any news...

Let's keep positive. I really believe they are working at VSC... maybe like turtles, but still working...

Hopefully we will all know something soon, inchallah.

C'mon VSC, give us some more approvals this week! :luv:
