I answered yes to all of them except int'l DL. This actually reminds me of the Foreign Service quiz. I got really excited about that one until the last few questions which were something like, "Could you defend your country's policies no matter what you thought of them?" and "Could you put the values of the United States before your own in every situation?" Yikes. Not the career for me.

I know where the US consulate is in Chennai but I have never been in there. Never made it also to the Us embassy in Delhi, never had a need for it.
