Just hold on there is a light at the end of this very long journey.Our NOA2's are on the way ats CSC and VSC. Where are all the November filer its a little quite in here.......? Any body there??

Yay! Another November filer approved. (I think i was the first).Hopefully this is the beginning of a trend. Now if only the CSC would get its act together,

I hope for the same.

Let's pray that all filers who are still waiting for their NoA 2s, get approved soon...very very soon!!!

Hey November filers,

We are also November files. We filed our K1 petition package to VSC on 9 November and NOA 1 recieved on 15 November. I keep checking our status online but there is no update and no touches at all!! I got to tell you I start feeling worried! My question, is that normal?! Anyone has any idea?! Thanks!

Oh one more thing, congrats to our November fellow for the NOA1. You make all of us excited now!

My NOA1 is on the 15th of November aswell and I too have not had any touches or updates. I am sure everything is fine but it would be great to get some feed back from any one who has any knowledge or experience with no touches or updates. Any body out that who can speak on this???? Would love to hear from you!!!

Still normal but we are getting closer....I would bet in March sometime....(rough guess)

And touched could be anything...a pending approval, a pending RFE, a person moving the file...truely no way to tell....
