I just looked today like I look everyday and I saw that both my K3 and K1 visas processing times have decreased in wait time by two weeks!

Whoot! Whoot!

:dance::dance::dance::dance::dance::dance::dance::dance::dance::dance::dance:

Are they catching up from the rush of applications before the July fee increase? This is much better than looking every week and finding my processing time increasing! I know it's just two weeks but it's hope! Anyone else noticed the same decreasing?

Can I get a Whoot Whoot!!?

The recent spate of approvals we've had for the I129F's have helped the timeslines :) Lets hope they continue :)

Processing at service centers may have speeded up but NVC is now super jammed up.

When you call them [today] they are saying 90 days!! Friend I'm helping called today and that's what he got.

Our senators aide called also and she got the same story. She did say NVC has lots of boxes of petitions waiting to be opened!

His K1 was approved September 19!

Tide may be turning at service centers but it looks like a Tsunami hit NVC!

K1 denied, K3/K4, CR-1/CR-2, AOS, ROC, Adoption, US citizenship and dual citizenship

That's such sad news... not even out of USCIS yet and now NVC gets backlogged. Just when I thought I was getting close to the end of the shoddy-service tunnel, out into the light of the NVC efficiency... that light fades from NVC and resparks at the embassy level.

This whole process is turning into one ridiculous fiasco :angry:
