Hi,

I am filling out the G-325A, Biographic Information form using Adobe Acrobat 6.0 professional on my computer. Since this form contains four set of the same form to be fill in, I was able to completed filling in the first set with Acrobat. However for the next three set of the same form, I am unable to fill in the information with Acrobat. Look like I have to hand write in the information which will not be as neat as typing them in using Acrobat. Does anyone have this problem with filling out the G-325A? Is there a way which I will be able to type in all the information for the four set form within the form?

Thanks,

Tri

When I filled out my G-325A forms it automatically filled in the other forms. They are the same after all. Suggest if you are still having problems just print out the first form 4 times or make copies. Not exactly brain surgery.

Us too. I actually used the example here on VJ but am not sure if it is still current with the USCIS. I do believe they have fillable forms there at the USCIS site and also you can try visapro.com

While all the information that the petitioner/beneficiary are required to fill in is the same on all four pages of the G-325A, they are not all identical. You'll notice the bottom of each form (parts not to be filled out by those applying) are different from page to page. I wouldn't expect USCIS to accept four copies of the first page only... has no one had problems because of this?

Try checking your settings in Acrobat. If you still have a problem go to visapro.com and download from there. Their forms are current.

ok i had this problem as well, after a bit of tinkering i found that right at the start when you open the form AA will open a little popup box that asks if you want to auto fill in the other forms as you go along.

cant tell you how silly i felt after posting much the same on here as you have:)

but anyway look out for that or it should be an option somewhere in the settings of AA.

and as someone else said the 4 forms are not identical so i wouldent recomend photocopying the first one only.

hope this helps

Don´t worry. Fill in the first, and when you print it will automatically print all four filled.

:no::no::no::no::no: This seems like a VERY bad idea to me! Each of the forms may have the same information about the petitioner typed in but if you look at the bottom of the forms there are different things written on them (page one has (1) Ident, page two has (20 Rec B.R., page three has (3) C, and page four has (4) Consul). So, the pages are NOT all exactly the same!

While all the information that the petitioner/beneficiary are required to fill in is the same on all four pages of the G-325A, they are not all identical. Oops didn't see you already said it! O well, it's an important thing to say so it warrants being said twice!
