We've also been waiting since April and it does look like the timeline for them is about 9 months... so we're looking at a January approval. No big deal.. it's not like we've lost anything. It's just more annoying than anything else.

My NOA is January so the 9 months is about now. I doubt it though, the current processing time is Dec 22 2006. Maybe by Thanksgiving. Or Christmas. Or....

Same as me, NOA on Jan 25th and nothing since biometrics in Feb. Frustrating.

I-751 sent to NSC: 01/--/07

NOA1: 01/25/07

Biometrics: 02/23/07

Tick..tock

Contacted congressman, ombudsman late March

Got 1 yr stamp and case moved to CSC: 04/02/08

Approved: 04/08/08. Done with USCIS for a few years. :)

Card received: 04/14/08

Well, as I replied to lovesdolphins on the TSC time, we are going through Nebraska and my husband's NOA is dated January 4th, and the new time line is January 3rd. We sent it in on December 27th. At least we went to Denver in July to get that stamp (I-551? is that right, I can't remember) so there'd be no problem in traveling and trying to get a new job, well not until July 2008 at least, think he'll get his card by then?????

April 14, 2008 NOA about transfer

May 12, 2008 email stating 10 yr card ordered

May 19, 2008 10 yr card received

N-400 timeline:

Don't bother calling until one month after your NOA date pop's up on the USCIS website. And contract your congressman, calling USCIS is worthless.

Seems that they are up to January 3rd now. My NOA is dated January 19th, so logic would indicate I should get SOMETHING in two weeks. But, of course, logic doesn't apply to the USCIS, so using the standard calculation that mean 8 weeks.

Still not worried. :(

Waiting is the name of this game..... I submitted my I-751 Form in July 06. The time was up on Sep 16 07. I am still waiting for the approval of my I-751. I call every 30 days and get the same answer"Waiting for Officer Review" or something like that. I scheduled an Infopass for Nov 13. If I don't get a satisfactory answer then, I will be applying for the N-400. Anybody applied around the same time as I did and is still waiting?

They are only up to January of 2007...so unless your case gets transferred to CSC, which started to happen in July, you won't hear anything for awhile.

Sorry about the confusion but my I-751 was received on July of last year. I have waitied over a year to get it approved. My NOA extending traveling and work expired on Sep 14th of this year. They are reviewing cases received in Jan 07 so they should have reviewed mine almost 6 months ago.
