I hope the rest of us are not far behind you - it has been positive to see a couple of approvals from late may/early june this week! I hope they keep coming - but one just never knows for sure..... *sigh*

Thank you guys! It really was a sign of relief for me when i saw that mail.. I nearly fell off my chair coz at the rate the USCIS is processing I didn't expect NOA2 till October but nevertheless it definitely put a big smile on my face.. Now I need to pull up my socks for the NVC game....

I am eagerly waiting to hear some more good news from May n June fillers

The funny thing is that if you go to your case on the USCIS web site, they say that APPLICATIONS ARE PROCESSED IN THE ORDER THEY ARE RECIEVED, and i am hoping thats what they do ..to some extent i can find a bit of pattern between two applicatons , yours ZE and the other one that got approved djturbo , he sent his papers on may11 and u did on may 15 so he got approved first and you after that ...may be they do atleast touch the applicatons in order ...

i am just being optimsitic for my case

i filed my case 11 june in the first it was saying it will be adjudicated at 3 october and it strat going and now my timeline saying 23 november so thats mean it will take me more then 5 month to get approved or what ? any clarification would be apriciated .

we filed our I 130 on June 6th and we got our NOA1 for June 22nd. Our case has not been touched since June 27th

I check it everyday and hasn't been touched at all.

Most of the feb march and april filers were getting approvals around 100 days mark, may and june are stuck for ever, god knows whats gonna happen to people who are filing now . if anything , they should allow the spouses to come on a tourist visa .

Looks like its just stuck, i have seen only 2 approvals on VJ in the last 2 weeks, oh well who knows they use darts to pick the application that will be processed

I think any one filing now should plan atleast 6 months for approval.

What would be the stock price of USCIS if they ever go public ????? anyone

I do the same thing...i check USCIS at least twice a day and yeah......I am driving my own self crazy for doin that, but I can't help it. I always think that maybe there is a lil bit of hope that it has either been touched or we got approval but I have a feelin that won't happen anytime soon

with this pace looks like may filers can start expecting something in october, june filers probably in november. weeks go by and no movement at all , you guys have patience to look only twice a day, i chek every 2 hrs , just in case someone wakes up at USCIS and open my file ..

On a side note, NVC still hasn't sent me their happy letter:

"CONGRATULATION. Here's your new volley of forms and fees. HA HA! We got ya! LOL! And you thought you were finished. LOL! If only we could see the look on your face LOLzX0R!"
