We are actually cooler here in Atlanta after nearly a month of 100 plus days. It is a lovely, comfortable 93 outside right now and the humidity is manageable too! I sympathize with those on the West Coast experiencing the 100s - been there, done that! Enjoy the beach!

“...Isn't it splendid to think of all the things there are to find out about? It just makes me feel glad to be alive--it's such an interesting world. It wouldn't be half so interesting if we knew all about everything, would it? There'd be no scope for imagination then, would there?”

Wow, now it is 108. My little air conditioner is really struggling, I may have to go ride around in the truck to keep cool

It's been pretty unpleasant here in Indiana. Until a few days ago it was hovering around the 95f mark but with something like 85% humidity. This week it is currently 90f but the humidity is only 24%, which makes it actually quite bearable.

Thursday is the start of the cool down and I can't wait until Autumn.

I agree that it is still WAYYYY hot, but I can cope so much better when the humidity is lower. I still managed to do a 10 mile bike ride this morning so I'm not complaining too much!
