Thanks! Mine says NOA1 7/23 but it was last touched on 7/25... I hope I get it next week :D

JamalNTam or anyone who received appt for biometrics already...

When you check your case status online, does it say the appt letter has been sent ? Thanks!

Na, it doesnt say anything about it being done, the only thing is that my NOA1 was dated 7/27 and it was last touched on 7/30.

Today we got an I-797 Notice of Action with the Biometrics appointment for both AOS+ EAD! The appt. date is on 8/23/07.

But this is the first letter we get, is this a NOA1? :blink: Could it be? The notice date is 8/3/07. I am so confused! :unsure: Should I move to the August filers? :blush:

Biometrics: July 23, 2007

RFE for W2, and tax info ALTHOUGH they said since i send mine it was not needed: July 18, 2007 (notice date)

RFE sent to MO: August 1, 2007

RFE arrived: August 3, 2007

Cannot check any touches or anything because NONE of the cases are online yet! (so frustrating!) :angry:

According to Phoenix Processing office they will take 5 months to process, lets see if they keep their "promised schedule".. (hahaha yeah right)

08/02/2010 ... Send the paperwork to Phoenix, AZ

08/04/2010 ... Paperwork received at 9am

08/06/2010 ... Check cashed

Hello Sol. With a notice date of 8/3/07 for a biometric appointment, I'm pretty sure your NOA1 for AOS will have a notice date in July sometimes. Don't worry. You should be receiving your NOA1 very soon. Stay put right here in our July thread. :thumbs:

Hi all! Just checked with my bank and all checks were cashed. I have the receipt #s but none are in the system yet as I've seen others tell. I guess the next thing to look forward to is the NOA in the mail and biometrics appt notice.
