Hi all,

 

I am looking for experiences from those who have been accepted or are in the process of DCF filing through the London Embassy.

 

I believe that my husband and I qualify for this under military emergency. The website does not say anything specific about what constitutes a military emergency though.

 

Has anyone successfully processed an application for this reason?

 

It also appears from my research that the petitioner is required to attend in person but how is this meant to work if the petitioner is dealing with a military emergency?

 

I have also read payment has to come from the Petitioner's credit/debit card, but again he is not able to do this due to military emergency...

 

Any insights appreciated.

Here is a fairly recent experience thread.  You can also use the VJ search feature searching "DCF London" which may find you other recent stories.
