When did you submit?

They definitely have the I-130 if you have a receipt number. No harm uploading the passport again as unsolicited evidence. Won’t slow anything down and might give you more peace of mind.

Submitted on dec 14, 2025. I submitted a completed i130, i130a, passport for proof of citizenship, photo of both petitioner and beneficiary, marriage certificates, divorce certificates, certified translations for each, and about 8 different pdfs for proof of bonafide marriage. Everything is showing up after checking the case under the documents tab, except for my passport and the completed i130. I know i definitely submitted it because it was showing up under the documents tab immediately after applying and the day after, and it shows in the application summary PDF that is given right after submitting. Don’t know why those 2 documents are missing from the case portal. I do only have a receipt number, but no pdf for the receipt or mailed receipt.

also, the case says it was received on December 12, 2025 even though I didn’t even submit any documents or pay for anything until the 14th. Lots of weird glitches for a website that should operate smoothly.

will just upload them again in the unsolicited evidence. Thanks for the reply

Hello... Just recently sent my documents I130 and I130 A as well. (December 4)  Just reaching out about info updates. I haven't heard anything as of yet from them except a receipt notice. Do you know or have any idea on a timeline... or what other forms we may need to fill out in the near future?

With your comment I don't want to advise any wrong advice  I only  heard that if something is missing they'll send you a RFE ( request for evidence) Reading the other comments, I suppose its ok to resend your passport... but again i'm just a petitioner like yourself and would hate to advise anything that would adversely affect your case.

I only received a receipt notice as well. Apparently it can take up to 30 days or more to get both the electronic and mailed receipt.

Receipt for the petition is the only notice u will receive unless you get a RFE

the next notice would be in about 12 to 17 months and would be the NOA2 as case sent to NVC

USCIS does not keep us notified / probably because at the end of the 3rd quarter,   they had 11 million pending cases (all case types)

end of the year report i have not yet found

A lot of categories do not have a visa immediately available

How can I find out if K3's are available or what the wait time is for this visa?  What does that mean "No Visas available" Guess I have to do more research. I thought once filling out the paper work and passing the required application and interview processes  they would  grant you permission/visa for your spouse. I know every situation/case is different and catered to each person but...
