Ok looked it up.

Where did the marriage take place?

To be clear, we did the self-uniting marriage. We live in Pennsylvania. The people at the court said just have two witnesses sign the marriage certificate and return it. We did. And they gave us the official marriage certificate back and we also paid $30 for the exemplified copy which the lady said we need for immigration purposes. I attached the original marriage certificate and exemplified copy below. Please tell us if that is enough for i 485.

I think you made it unnecessarily difficult. A regular ceremony with officiant + certified copy of marriage certificate is all you need for USCIS. Results may vary when deviating from this regular path

Upper Darby is Quaker country and often the marriage is done by the method of self uniting with the exemplified certificate which is often very fancy and done by a calligraphy artist with beautiful work and design

that is why they had this done

it was very normal for this area  of Pa

I have seed some beautiful ones as they are very personal in design

Quakers do not believe a officiant has to preside over the ceremony

To OP you don't need to send that certificate in / just send copy of the official certificate with court deal ( and i believe the clerk of the court signature)

and keep that beautiful exemplied one in a frame for yourselves

and Congratulations
