I think he meant the the U.S. Citizen had to provide U.S. FBI Clearance.

BIR is the IRS in the Philippines! 😁

A lot have people have complained about CFO but your claim that they deny 9 out of 17 is completely false. I have been on this forum for over a decade and I have not seen 1 case where someone is denied.

That might be true of ALL applicants.  CFO is required of all citizens leaving the country for the first time, and they are especially strict with young women.

Let's hope CFO doesn't see your posts here. Your efforts getting the US government involved will be wasted energy.  People have been complaining about CFO for quite some time.  And there are many, many, many, many couples here who completed CFO.  That denial rate sounds too high.  Good luck.  I hope you get them to the US soon.

I would have to know a lot more details of the relationship before I make a judgement on the harshness being applied by CFO.  A 2 year old child is involved too.  CR1, married less than a year.  Length of relationship?  Age difference? Where is the father of the 2 year old child?  Financial, work and social backgrounds?  CFO deals with these relationships all the time.  There must be a flag in there, or just a pissed off CFO agent.  Filipino pride is alive everywhere.

Although I know there are many issues with CFO, I kind of believe in the original purpose, for young women.

Yes.  My point was geared toward the OP's extreme comments about CFO and the entire government. Those comments won't win any friends.

You just have to bend the knee and submit to the CFO requirements if you want your Pinay to be with you.

Lately I have heard you need an FBI clearance or they will not give you the "sticker" on your visa.

This requirements isnt even listed on their website for required documents, but I did it anyway which cost me another $68.

I dont want to be held up and have to go back to the CFO to get the approval.

I had read other forums and seen videos where this communist human rights violating communist government entity has asked for FBI clearance even though it id not on their website anywhere I did provide my FBI clearance. I also provided my state of Texas clearance both done by fingerprints which did cost me almost 100.00 USD. i also provided a comprehensive background check from my employer from December 2024.  That is when they decided to request screenshots of video calls with my family which of course we did not have because of course it was npt mentioned anywhere on their website and I have never seen or heard any such requirement on any forums of videos. Like e very other communist government they make up rules as they go along. For those of you that say the Philippines is not communist but instrad socialist well there is really no such thin g as a socialist government because socialism always becomes communism period. The Philippines restricts free speech, the right to self defense, the right to decide whether its citizens want a vaccine or not, they restrict the rights of citizens to freely trave by using the CFO to ristrict their right to freely travel. It is you idiots that defem th communist government that do not know what communism is not me so shut your ####### holes about that period. The Philippines has always been a third world communist ####### hole and it will always be a third world commuist ####### hole. If the communist Philippine government really cared about its citizens then it would make an effort to fix the economy, the infrastructure, and the crime problem but instead it works on ways to further control its citizens. So again all you Philippine supporters and apologists just shut you ceap holes because you know absolutely nother about what you are talking about period.

Who says I want to win friend I am just pointing out the truth about th thiird world communist ####### hole known as the Philippines. I spent 7 months there and saw this first hand. The communist governent of the Philippines restricts free speech as citizens are afraid to speak out againts the ggovernment, they restrict self defense rights, they resytict freedom of deciding whether to get a vaccine or not, and they ristrict the right to freedom of travel amongst other rights. They claim to be a socialist government but no there is no such thing as a socialist government because socialism always leads to communism period. If the communost Philippine govenment really cared about its citizens then they would try to fix the real problems with the country like the economy, the infrastructure, and the high crime rate but instead they concern themselves on hour they can further control their citizens to keep them compliant. All of you Philippine supporters and apologists need to shut your ####### holes bexcause you have absolutely no knowlege about what you are talking about.. I just want to rescue my wife and stepdaughter from this third world communist ####### hole and give them the life they deserve. If the Philippines was really so wonderful why would so many be tryiing to leave.  Do not tell me that is not true because just go to the United States Ebassy in Manila and everyday there are hundreds getting their visa interviews. You can also go to St Luke's Medical Clinic and everyday there are hundreds getting their immigtation medical exans. i say again all you Philippine supporters and appaligistts just shut your stupid ####### hiles because you have absolutely no clue what you are talking about.

This is China?

I thought this was Philippines

The Communist People's Republic of the Philippines is just as bad as the Chineese Communist Party. During covid they gave their citizens a choice either get that covid poison injucted or self quarantine in their homes my wife unfortunetely got that poison injected and now has been diagnosed with myocarditis and yes it was caused by the covid poison injections as the FDA has finally admitted. I did not know her back then and my stepdaught has not had that poson injected and never will. My wife has also been robbed twice once at knife point in M anila. That will never happen here I oprn carry my firearm so I will always be able to protect her and my stepdaughter. I get so sick and tired of all of you Philippine supporters and apoligists because you are so absolutely clueless period so just shut you ####### holes. The Philippines has always been and always will be a third world communist ####### hole period that over a million Filipinos escape from every year.
