Yeah.. Comment was more so to see if anyone else was still waiting since this thread has just been people getting super fast progress & naturally when you are seeing that and no one else has posted + not had progress you would want to check if someone else understands how youre feeling etc.

 

Everyone on this thread so far has had interview fast and already posting about their greencard. Obviously not everyone gets lucky and some people wait longer but its only human to see if anyone else is out there in your position so you can chat.

I had my biometrics on June 16th and no update on anything since. I would like to at least have work authorization and travel parole. 

 

Can I call USCIS or go to the field office and push this somehow?

I think most USCIS field office wont even let you in without appointment (which is why they say bring appointment notice with you) but not 100% sure

 

Either way case is within normal processing times unfortunately. Some people get fast progress and others do not. Think processing time varies greatly due to cases going to the local field office and some are faster than others.

 

I765 normal processing times according to USCIS page are 3.5 months. Inquiry date is late October for a may filer. Assume November-ish for a june filer.

 

Difficult to see others get super fast progress and youre stuck though. Hopefully you get news soon!

You can call USCIS but if you show up to a field office without an appointment, you will be turned away.

We didn't apply for EAD or advance parole.My spouse is on H1B and we are doing AOS from H1B.

I765 approved today!! (13 sept)

I485 interview is on Oct 2
