Everything means everything. Every single little thing. They might not ask for it, but if they ask for something you didn’t bring with you it can cause significant delays.  Uscis messes up regularly.

Yep.

want to hear what others think

we were one of the people who accidentally marked "spouse of US Citizen" instead of "Person admitted to the United States as a fiancé(e) or child of a fiancé(e) of a U.S. citizen (K-1/K-2 Nonimmigrant)." on the I-485.

it somehow didn't get rejected for this reason.

want to see if others would make up an errata sheet to fix this at the time of the interview.

my first thought is yes we should

Yes it's an error.... We would do one if it were us in that situation

Yeah I would too. It would suck for that little error to cause denial at the interview stage!!

I have a question. my i485 was denied because of affidavit wasn't done incorrectly. but my son case still pending. should I refile for him or just myself? when I refile should I add him on the new affidavit even though his case still pending? what's the best way to fill out a i864 with a joint sponsor if my spouse doesn't meet the requirements? Is my son case on Hold till I sort my stuff out? or will it be denied? sorry a lot of questions thanks in advance

I am starting to gather the things we need for my husbands GC interview next week (!!)

we have to do the errata sheet for the one correction we need to make.

would others say this is all it needs to be? I can't really find anything other than blank templates (not specific to USCIS)
