Are you preparing to file N-400 under the 3-year or 5-year rule?

 

Are you preparing to file N-400 with or without the 10-year green card?

I don't think many would be eligible to file under 5 year rule if they filed I-751 in Jan 2025. There is a small percentage of those who had to refile I-751 (divorce waiver, death of spouse, failed joined petition). Maybe those would be.
