But I'm wondering how many I-751 January 2025 filers are preparing to file the N-400 January 2026?

Since the N-400 online saves the information for 30 days for any new updates, the I-751 January 2025 filers can theoretically get started now?

Are you preparing to file N-400 under the 3-year or 5-year rule?

Are you preparing to file N-400 with or without the 10-year green card?

I don't think many would be eligible to file under 5 year rule if they filed I-751 in Jan 2025. There is a small percentage of those who had to refile I-751 (divorce waiver, death of spouse, failed joined petition). Maybe those would be.

Delayed response, but yes! We're getting ready to file the N-400 at the end of this month (under 3-year rule for spouses of US citizens). A bit nervous with all of the changes currently happening, but hoping it will still go quickly and smoothly! Looks like we don't need to organize/submit too much for evidence at this stage.

You do, especially if filing under 3 years and still have I-751 pending. If you file online, just submit marital evidence, it is low effort.
