It’s been 6 weeks now since we submitted AOS, EAD applications basis K1 visa.

Neither payment has been processed nor we have received receipts/NOA..

Should we re-submit AOS, EAD applications to USCIS? or should we wait for another couple of weeks ?
We sent it to Chicago lockbox, they received it on 23rd May 2024.
I have been inquiring about application from USCIS customer care on call every alternate day but they ask to inquire from lockbox.
I wrote to lockbox twice via email but no response yet. It’s been 2 weeks since I sent them an email.

Any suggestions here? What should we do? #AOS #EAD #K1 #K1visa

It's been taking a few months. Just keep waiting. If you submit another they will cash both checks and it can complicate things.

Look like you filed with a new fee. How much you paid for both AOS and EAD, and do you separate the checks? Thank you.

AOS is $1440, EAD is another $260 now. Advance Parole also went up to $630. These payments can (should) be added together if filed concurrently.

These were all included in the AOS previously, but as of April 1, 2024, they all cost money.

We sent ours to Chicago a week before you and it just got processed. Definitely wait. You don't want two petitions floating around.

USCIS uses postmark dates to determine eligibility; don't worry about the expiry of your i-94 authorization so long as you got married within the 90-day timeframe.
