Its sound crazy but we have ceac f3 we go through interviews in 11 April 2016 ue get white pepper missing Documents and we send it after that they tell us they put us in ap and mybe take 9 months or more and will its 8 years 8 years why we from Palestine normally people normally family try to find peaceful place safe place really crazy

What's your Priority Date? And did your petitioner move back to the US? Seems that's why you were originally refused, that they were living in Jordan with no intention of moving to the US?

 

Have you filed a Writ of Mandamus as previously advised?

Where does the petitioner live now? You received excellent advice 6 years ago. No one is getting a family reunification visa if the petitioner is not residing in the US. Has the grandfather/grandmother moved to the US, and did you provide evidence of this move?

so  who petitioned for who ?

Will my aunt the same ceac f3 and my grandfather lives in Jordan right now and they get the visa the same one f3 that i think this year so🤷🤷🤷🤷

He doesn't want go back to us he is retired funny thing my aunt they in interview they ask like us missing Documents and they give him and that this yaer so

They gave him a year to go home and he does not intend to do so.

I don't think you're in AP from what you've said. Either you've aged out and are no longer eligible for a visa (probable), or your case isn't moving forward as you've not provided the evidence requested that the petitioner is moving back to the US. 

 

If you really wanted an answer you could have filed a WOM as advised years ago. That would tell you for sure. 

 

Are you saying your aunt has actually got a visa in hand?
