Hello,

Is my soon to be wife able to use sportsbooks? I matched bet (promos, both side errors. etc.) so it is always profitable and I was wondering if this would be considered "work" for her and disqualify her from further citizenship proceedings. Additionally, she does not have a credit card or bank account yet and I wonder how we go about getting those since she is a non-citizen.

Thanks for the help!

I cannot answer about sports betting.

However, do you have a bank account and credit card? If you do you can add her jointly to those accounts. Getting an SSN beforehand is helpful in doing so.

USCIS generally looks at intent and frequency, so if it's seen as a systematic way to earn income, they might see it as unauthorized work. It’s worth consulting an immigration attorney for tailored advice just to be safe.
