Vax Exemptions & Visa options of no Vax

Hello. I'm just beginning the process to figure out how my family and I can move to the US. Our family is : me (woman, American), spouse/husband (male, Moroccan) and our 2 children (5 &2, both US passport holders). I technically still have "residency" in Wisconsin, even though I've lived outside the US for 15 years. 

Is there any spouse/family visa option, where a COVID vax is NOT required?  

Does there need to be a "current" booster, or can 1 or 2 doses of the vax (from Egypt) in 2022 consider to be 'enough'? 

Alternatively is religious reasons accepted as an exemption for the waiver to not have the COVID vax? Or are there other exemption options that could be applied?

in morocco religious waiver only if u have refrused all the other vaccines 

if you and family have already had vaccines of any kind  ,  u can not use the waiver in Casa embassy

Immigrant visas require a full covid vaccination (one or two series depending on the vaccine, no booster).

 

You have an option of filing a waiver on moral or religious which will add a significant cost (filing fee), plus an attorney fee if you do use a lawyer and it will add at least a year on top of the usual 2 year processing time for a spousal visa.
