I'm just wondering if anyone have the same experience. I mailed my i751 visa usps express mail on Friday 16, it says supposed to delivered yesterday 17, but the status on the tracking hasn't updated yet. I know today is weekend and tomorrow is President day. I'm just worried now

Not in the actual mail yet but it has been uploaded to my uscis account. I expect it to arrive this week.

Don't stress out about it, it's only been one day! My package sat at the post office for 6 days before tracking updated.

My packet shows it's going to be delivered by FedEx on Monday, but Monday is a federal holiday. Will the delivery just be unsuccessful and tried again the next day?

We bought our first home last year and I am going to submit below proofs for I-751 ROC application related to this:
-grant deed
-mortgage statement (around 5)
-HOA statement (around 5)
-Homeowners insurance policy and renewal bill
-4 different utility provider bills
-tax document for last 2 years
-supplement property tax bill

Am I missing anything above please advise.

Some questions for above points:

1. Grant deed is enough or do I submit any other document pertaining the new house purchase
2. Tax return form is 1040 or should I submit the IRS Transcripts as well

IRS tax return trascripts is all you need when it comes to taxes, no need to submit 1040s.

 

Also, I assume you have joint bank accounts and will be submitting full statements for those too?

USCIS received my packet on Feb. 16 and provided an IOE number (no documents downloadable yet).

Back here again

My window opened on Feb 10, I sent out my package on Feb 16 and it was delivered to Phoenix PO box last night (Feb 20).

And now just waiting for some news.

Anyone had their packet delivered around Feb 2nd-5th?

i haven’t got a text confirmation of receipt nor a charge on my credit card.

USPS delivered my packet on 2/4 at the Pao Box in Carol Stream, IL.

i just inquired with a live agent via Emma, per the agent, they haven’t received any new application on my file.

is it too soon to be concerned by this delay?
