Do i add my 1 year old on the N400?

Hello everyone, 

 

I got my GC on 2016 through marriage of USC. however the conditions were removed on 2022 with VAWA. Me and my wife are now divorced since august 2023. My wife and I did not have a child together due to medical complications. 

I am now ready to file for me citizenship. I was blessed with a girl on November 2022, Do i include my 1 year old on the application although not of the marriage ?

List all children on application

Of course you have to list all or your children. Be prepared to answer questions about WAVA and circumstances around the birth of this child.

They can ask about anything in the naturalization interview, including the VAWA-based 10-year green card.  Tell the truth and hope it goes well.
