ROC for dependent 18 yo child

Hello I am looking for guidance on whether to send out a separate application for the 18 yo daughter or  send out one single application for the mother and the daughter.

From some of the earlier posts I noticed that if the green card was received over 90 days from each other then we should send out two separate applications.

In our case- both the mother ( my wife) and the daughter ( my stepdaughter) were interviewed together by the same officer on the same day and have the same issue and expiry dates on their conditional green card.

BUT the physical card  that the daughter received was after 95 days of the date of interview vs. her mother received her card in about a month from the date of interview.

Would it still be okay to send out one single I751 application?

Thanks

Have to do separate one based on the dates GC received.

I see, but the difference in the days the mother received the card vs the daughter received the card was about 80 days...

When in doubt go with what the I-751 instructions say (uscis.gov/I-751):

If you have dependent children who acquired conditional resident status on the same day as you or within 90 days thereafter, then include the names and Alien Registration Numbers (A-Numbers) of these children in Part 5. of Form I-751 in order to request that the conditions on their status be removed as well. If you have dependent children who did not acquire conditional resident status on the same day as you or within 90 days thereafter, or if the conditional resident parent is deceased, then those dependent children must each file Form I-751 separately to have the conditions on their status removed.

The guidelines mention the day that the conditional resident status was acquired.. won't that be the the date- residence since "M/D/YY" on the green-card itself?

In other words would it matter if one card was delivered via the USPS on a later date than the other if both cards have the same - residence since date.

Resident Since is the date to check, yes.

Thank you . That makes sense. Its the same date for both mother and daughter so we shall send one application with the daughter's info in there...

I think OP is talking about the physical plastic cards being received more than 90 days apart.  That shouldn't matter though if they entered and became permanent residents on the same day, right?

Yes, if they have the same GC approval date (this was K1 visa so AOS filing and then interview with USCIS), they're fine.
