I submitted an F2B petition for my daughter almost 3 years ago ( and still ongoing ) and she now wants to come to the States to visit me and her brother? Would they allow that?

Hi Powerpuff, nope she didn’t and I honestly can’t remember I’ve asked the very same question before! So forgetful of me :(

Hi Powerpuff, nope she didn’t and I honestly can’t remember I’ve asked the very same question before! So forgetful of me :(

That’s okay. I can confirm that the advice still stands: she’s allowed to visit (entry to the US is at the discretion of CBP) and this won’t negatively affect the immigrant petition.
