I petitioned my daughter when I was a GC holder back in June 17, 2021. I got naturalized on September 1, 2023. Is it better to start the petition all over again for my daughter under F1? Thank you.

I submitted an F2B petition for my daughter almost 3 years ago ( and still ongoing ) and she now wants to come to the States to visit me and her brother? Would they allow that? Thank you in advance for any response and reply.

Hi, I’ve applied F2B visa for my daughter middle of last year. She has 7 years left on her US tourist visa. Can she come for a visit, probably a month or two, while her application is on-going? Would it affect her application in any way?

Hi all, I just got my NOA, I751-petition to remove conditions on residence and planning to visit my old country Malaysia in January 2023. I’d be renewing my Malaysian passport while I’m there. Would that pose a problem when I re-enter the US? Of course I’d be having my old passport in hand together with the USCIS extension letter and my expired GC.
