hi plz i have a question...i have immigrant visa dv lottery and I enter to us and stayed there 2 months and payed gc fees but i back to my country emergency without green card so now wanna back i just stayed in my country just 3 months and my visa expired and i know my visa convert to i551 temporary so plz i Can back without problems?

As long as you return within a year of activating immigrant visa you'll be fine.

The visa is a one time use only. When you enter the US, the CBP officer will put a stamp next to the visa foil which endorses your entry. The stamped visa is then your temporary I551 which allows you to work and enter the US. Use it until the physical GC arrives
