Thoughts on closing gap?

Hi,

I know we have been waiting for so long for an approval, but anyone else freaking out about the possibility that it will actually be a reality (maybe soon)?

I have been in a long distance relationship for a while now and the thought of actually closing the gap can be daunting.

We haven't actually spent more than a few weeks together, in vacation mode basically. What if we don't live well together? What if we argue a lot? What if I find things about my partner that I never knew about/didn't expect?....

Like most things, you want something so bad and for so long when you actually get it, your like what now?

Idk, just my anxious thoughts.

I'm not freaking out but it's starting to settle in that I need to get things in my life in order before they come. Things I been procrastinating about.

Yes, these are all valid thoughts! You won’t know how compatible you really are until you actually start living together in normal daily life. This is why marriage (and added immigration) are huge steps and not to be taken lightly!
