I-693 Returned Unsealed

Hi!

Unfortunately, I received a rejection notice for my AOS forms. The I-693 form was returned unsealed. My doctor is willing to help me but I am not sure if we can use the same form that the USCIS returned (with printed numbers at the bottom of the pages) and just seal it before resubmitting, or if we should reprint and re-sign this form.

Any advice is highly appreciated :)

Why was it rejected?

Immigration journey is not: fast, for the faint at heart, easy, cheap, for the impatient nor right away. If more than 50% of this applies to you, best get off the bus.

if your surgeon willing to resign and resealed without a fee, just get a new form

I’d do that as well.

@Timona It was rejected due to some problem with the payment. I used a BoF debit card. Most likely the bank rejected the payment.

best form of payment is a personal check or a money order to avoid another rejection for payment.

This is why I always tell people to use money order.

Go to a grocery store and purchase a money order. They're capped at $1000.

You don't need a new I-693. Send back the unsealed
