ROE for I-751 filed March 2021

Just received an RFE, asking for additional evidence of good faith marriage. I sent joint checking and savings accounts, credit cards statements, lease document, car insurance and health insurance, joint tax returns. They want more and not the same docs?

 

What else is there? They are also asking for a marriage certificate which was also included, saying the in The same line about do not included docs already submitted. 

 

At a bit of a loss here.

Since you filed ROC in 03/2021, they might want to see your tax returns of: 

 

2021 (if you filed 2021 after your application)

& 2022 

 

another lease from 2021,2022&2023? 


more joint bills? Car insurance, health, basically they just want to see that y’all’s stuff continued.
 

if they asked in the letter for marriage certificate I would include that again 

 

USCIS takes their sweet time for years and then send and RFE

Yea so they want to see all of that again but since you have filed for I-751. 

 

I‘d send them a whole book lol again which you probably have done in 2021.

 

im not sure if that’s a standard letter or if it was written specifically for your case

Seems like they want the same info but updated since it's been two years from receiving your package. Your timeline says 2022 but the post says 2021, either way things are somewhat out of date.

 

Sometimes the petition gets approved after a RFE like this, sometimes you have to wait for the N400 interview to get an answer.

Sep 14, 2022 - Case is Being Reviewed

Feb 6, 2023 - Card is being produced !!!!!!!!!!

Feb 13, 2023 - Out for delivery/Return to sender 😠

Mar 6, 2023 - Re-mail request

Mar 9, 2023 - GC delivered!!!!!!

Yes, that's all it is outdated or old info, send the same things but updated and I think you'll be alright!


4 years, 11 months, 2 weeks and 3 days

Citizenship Complete!
